The selection criteria are;
We need candidate with qualification or studying towards a qualification in the following professions or related professions or study fields:
· Information Technology (IT),
· Lending,
1. Must be Financial/Paid Up Member of APA;
2. Must be Final year Business/Commerce/Finance student or graduate;
3. Good command of English Language;
4. Self Confident and Can do- attitude; &
5. Customer service skills, team player and organised.
Work Placement Opportunity in Resources/Mining Sector Candidates must meet Required Basic Skills of:
o Geology back ground o IT background o A want to understand mapping/surveying (resource perspective) o Data entry background (high level) o A want to understand resources, investment, listed vehicles
Work Experience Level 1/Probation - starts on basics for one month:- Test candidates for basic tasks by giving them various tasks like data entry;- Build their skills base by teaching basic skills like typing, reading and writing & comprehension and real estate jagon;- Teach them basic but quality work ethics like punctuality, honesty, confidentiality, dedication to work e.t.c.
Work Experience Level 2 – On the Job training:- Candidates who proves themselves by meeting required skill base at level one will proceed to level two where they’ll be required to carry out tasks as per job description.
The job description – On the job Training:The work is repetitive and candidates will do marketing, typing, website building, pr, advertising e.t.c. to build up their skill base as quickly as they can in order to get more involving tasks like:- Assist to: sell more real estate, build an empowered network of potential buyers and sellers; - Assist to: build an empowered network through a networking group via Linkedin; - Assist to build events and activities mostly through Linkedin; - Assist in activities that provide opportunities for real estate generally.
The Organisation is looking for a Volunteer Website Administrator to run the oversee the website and day to day management.
