Strategies

In our capacity as a Professional body and in view of the broad scope of our vision, we have resolved to strategically employ the power of creativity, teamwork, and the diversity of our professions and ethnic background to drive our vision and achieve our set out-comes.

In terms of creativity we are putting in place 5 programs channelled towards the maximal utilization of the resources available to us to achieve our outcomes. The programs include:
- Professional development and career management program
- Professional Networking program
- Community service and impact program
- Excellence and performance enhancement program
- Professional integration and compatibility enhancement program

In respect to teamwork, the African Professionals of Australia is con-figured to reverently optimize all levels of partnership available to-wards the pursuit of our vision.
Models of such partnership include:
- Membership
- Offerings of services and commitments
- Donation of funds and resources
- Alliance, friendly association and agreement

And lastly concerning the diversity of our professions and ethnic background:
